  R3P awake, refreshed.  One of the many tall trees.  R3P standing in front of The Statue of Responsibility tree. Both 236 and 9 were new to Pete.  And of course we had to get the END shield for CA 9...  Capped of the day with a dress-up dinner at Shadowbrook Restaurant in Santa Cruz. That's a cable car in the background that takes guests between the street level and the restaurant level. Very nice place.
