Interesting that there are warning cones set up. It suggests that the road might still be used occasionally, maybe by LAX maintenance people. Or at least, that it has been used since being fenced.

the streets are buckled because they haven't been used since the 70's when LAX pulled eminent domain and forced the entire neighborhood of palisades del rey / playa del rey south off their beach front property
